When you regret your purchase, you can return your purchased products, under certain conditions. This is possible without giving any reason. Of course we encourage you to mention the reason of return, as this will help us to improve our service and assortment.
After the receipt of your products, you have 14 days to return the product or to declare a return. After a declaration you have another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for returning products:
We would like to receive the products undamaged
Packaged in the original packaging
Products that have been used will not be credited
A product on which you have tried to repair a defect, will not be credited
After the declaration of your return we will refund the purchase price including the delivery charges within 14 days.
The costs of your return are evidently for your own expense.
In principal, we use the same method of payment for the refund as you used for your order. There are no supplementary costs for you concerning the refund. Please use our return form in case you want to return the products. Returns can be send to:

Complaints & warranty
We strive to keep you as our client as satisfied as possible. If you are not satisfied about a received product or our service, you can report this through our contact form by e-mail, regular mail and/or by phone.
Our employees of the relevant department strive to take up the complaint within 5 working days and try to solve it to everyone’s satisfaction. If we would need more time, we will inform you about this. If you were not to appreciate this, you can always contact the department mediation of Stichting Keurmerk (Quality Mark Foundation), of which we are a member. If the mediation efforts were not to lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, there is always the possibility to refer the dispute to the Committee Dispute Settlement.
